The 9 Day Cleanse Program is our second most popular program, after the 30 Day Cleanse. With the 9 Day you will actually receive enough product for 11 days. Basically the program consists of 4 cleanse days, and 7 Shake Days. Your program for 11 days looks like this

  • 2 Shake Days (these are what we call Pre-Cleanse days)
  • 2 Cleanse Days
  • 5 Shake Days
  • 2 Cleanse Days

Lets go into detail about what is involved in the different days.

Cleanse Days

Cleanse days on a 9 Day Cleanse are done on 2 consecutive days twice. These days are made up of mixing Cleanse for Life (our Cleanse powder/juice) with water four times throughout the day. For example 7.30 am, 11.30am, 3.30 pm and7.30 pm. It may seem odd that there is no physical food consumed on these days – but you are drinking food, as the Cleanse is food. To help with cravings the program does come with snacks – which are like a wafer biscuit, these help you get through the day, and regulate your blood sugar levels, to help you cope better. You will also need to drink plenty of water throughout the day to help with flushing the toxins out.

Shake Days

Shake days are very easy. You are simply replacing 2 meals a day (ie breakfast and dinner) with either our chocolate or vanilla meal replacement shakes. You will also have snacks on these days, as well as a healthy lunch meal with protein and greens, vegies salad etc, which you will supply. Shakes are mixed with water – not milk. You can have them mixed at room temperature, or cold, and I even prefer to put a whole heap of ice and mix it all together, really makes a thick shake. There is flexibility on the timing of when you have your shakes. For example if you knew you were going out for dinner, you can always have the shake at lunch time instead of dinner, and have your healthy meal at dinner time.
