I get asked this question alot – so I have put together a bit of information for any of the mum to be’s out there that would like to know if they can have Isagenix when pregnant or breastfeeding.

Obviously before you make any changes to your diet you should always consult your doctor and let them know what you are doing.  If they give the go ahead for using Isagenix then that is great – and there are alot of products you can take during your pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Most of the time when people go on a health kick they think they have to join a gym to get any results. Personally, I have always thought this myself – up until recently.

Alot of people don’t know this but when I entered the IsaBody Challenge I was putting myself through a crazy workout schedule. I would get up at 5.45 am and go to the gym and do 45 minutes of cardio. I would then come home, get my 4 year old ready for the day, drop him off at kindy, go to work, then head off to an hour and half Bikram Yoga Session.
