Summer Bodies are Made in WinterWe all know that winter is THAT month where our ‘clean eating’ goes out the window and is replaced with ‘comfort food’. Most of us do it – me included! Those cold wintery nights when indulging makes us feel all warm and cosy. My big indulgence is hot chocolates, biscuits and …. well anything really that is going to warm me up lol.

BUT….. today is the 1st August 2015. This means there is 1 month left of Winter – so if we want to be in shape for Summer, this week is the perfect week to start getting back on track. For me personally – I have put myself right back into it by purchasing a President’s Pack, and I entered the IsaBody Challenge. This will be my second time completing it. The Challenge is a GREAT way to keep tabs on yourself, and keep you motivated.

We all hit slumps sometimes, and I know for me Winter is the hardest for me to take on. So, I am getting back to basics, and going to work the program as well as try get my hands on some of the IsaBody prizes! Joining the Challenge is easy. Once you have opened your Isagenix Wholesale Account, simply login in and click the ‘Contests and Promotions Tab’ – and you will see the IsaBody Image. We also have an IsaBody Challenge Facebook Support Group where you can join and see all the other people who are taking part in the challenge and get some great support.

Typically the Challenge goes for 16 weeks – so as they say, given the month we are in ‘Summer Bodies are Made in Winter!!’ – it’s 16 weeks till Summer!! Don’t wait – get started as soon as you can, when you look back you’ll be glad you did.
